Where are you located?

We have transitioned full-time to house calls.

How far do you travel for Mobile Services?

Catering to the tri-state area to only those that are 90 minutes away and there is a traveling fee. 

For Salon Services, do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, if you’re in the area come and stop by. Can't guarantee the wait time which is why I recommend booking an appointment. But I will try to accommodate you the best that I can.

Can I make an appointment via text, call, or email?

No, click "book appointment" to book an appointment. 

What if I can't make it during your work hours?

Do you have same-day appointments available?

Yes, you can book an appointment no less than 2 hours before the time of your choice for same-day appointments.

Can I book appointments in advance?

Yes, there is a 14-day view of how far out to book an appointment.
 
Click “book appointment” and pick your service, date, and time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Credit, Debit Cards, and Gift Certificates are accepted.

There is an option for Covid-Clean check out, which is a touchless checkout process and the use of your phone is required. 


Personal Checks are not accepted.

Are deposits required? If so, What is your deposit policy?

Yes, deposits are required.

​Deposits are put in place for the following reasons:

  • To protect both, the stylist and the client

  • Secures the time slot of appointment specifically for the client

  • For those who have problems with having a card for the deposit, I also take cash which you can drop off.

30% deposit on all services.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You're allowed to cancel and/ or reschedule ONLY once with the same deposit if you do so within 72 hours. The deposit expires two months from the original booking date. 
 
For rescheduling, deposits are held as credit. Therefore, you have two months to reschedule before having to pay a new deposit.
For cancelations, less than 72 hours before the appointment you will forfeit the deposit.

How much does BLANK service cost?

Do you have children's services? If so, what are the pricing?

I do not have any specific services or prices for children. I do cater to 5-year-olds and up and pricing is the same for everyone.

Do you service all hair textures for braids?

​Yes, all hair textures are serviced.

How long does my hair need to be to get braided?

Your hair must be 5 inches long or longer to get braided.

If you’re not sure if your hair is 5 inches long, you are required to send a photo of your hair while booking an appointment process.

How should my hair be prepared for my braiding service?

Click "hair requirements" for information. 

If UPON ARRIVAL hair does not meet the requirements, you can ask for a wash and blow-out prior to the braiding service for an additional cost.

What type of hair extensions do you work with?

Janet Collection, EzBraids, or X-pressions.

How are you handling services through COVID-19?

Extreme precautions and measures will be taken to secure the safety of all.
