Terms and Conditions

 

An agreement between Alluring Lioness, Claudia Andrea R and Purchaser, Client

This agreement serves as a legally binding contract between Alluring Lioness, Claudia Andrea R, and Purchaser, Client. These terms can be interchangeable as they can be referred to the actual person being serviced or the person purchasing on behalf of the person being serviced. This agreement stands unless voided by Alluring Lioness, Claudia Andrea R. Any appointments scheduled will be held to the agreement set forth, and any future appointments unless in writing.

You, the Purchaser, agree to the following:

APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments are very important. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, however, we require a 72 hours cancellation notice.
We confirm all appointments via text, email, or phone call and send out appointment reminders based on your preference. You may opt out at any time.
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next guest's scheduled appointment.

SCHEDULING

We recommend scheduling your next appointment reservation before you leave the salon or make your appointment to ensure you receive the best date and time for your services. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation in preparation for your service.
You will be asked to provide a deposit to guarantee your reservation. All credit cards are safe and secure in our system. Our system complies with current data protection regulations.

 

CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW, & RESCHEDULING

Allowed to cancel and/ or reschedule ONLY once with the same deposit if you do so within 72 hours. The deposit expires 2 months from the original booking date.

For rescheduling, deposits are held as credit. Therefore, you have two months to reschedule before having to pay a new deposit.

For cancelations less than 72 hours before the appointment, you will forfeit the deposit.

 

DEPOSITS 

30% of deposits go toward your service total. 

Deposits are put in place for the following reasons:

  • To protect both the stylist and the guest

  • Secures the time slot of the appointment specifically for you

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Braiding and Haircut Service:

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to correct the service. Service corrections are scheduled exactly like regular appointments. The only qualification that we make in providing service correction is that you call to schedule this service correction within 2 days of the original service and that the service correction is scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service. There will be an adjusted charge for a redo if the guest requests a different “Look” or service than was originally asked for by that Guest.

 

Chemical Service:

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to correct the service. Service corrections are scheduled exactly like regular appointments. The only qualification that we make in providing service correction is that you call to schedule this service correction within 7 days of the original service and that the service correction is scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service. There will be an adjusted charge for a redo if the guest requests a different “Look” or service than was originally asked for by that Guest.
 

Home Care Retail:

We take great pride in our quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Alluring Lioness accepts cash, gift cards, debit cards, and all major credit cards. We do not accept Personal Checks, Cashapp, or Venmo. Your credit card or PayPal account is required to reserve an appointment, but it will only be charged for the deposit which goes towards your service.

Cash tips are preferred but not required.


ELECTRONICS

We do not mind the use of laptops, tablets, or mobile phones. If you need to get work done, bring them with you. There is wifi available. 

 

CHILDREN

Children are always welcome to receive salon services. Due to the relaxing nature of the guest services we respectfully request children are only brought into the salon when receiving a service.

 

PETS

We all love our furry friends, but please leave your pets at home. It is against Connecticut regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless it is a service animals.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected about our clients is not shared with any other organization. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. For more on our privacy policy please click here

CHANGES TO TERMS

Alluring Lioness, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & www.alluringlioness.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Alluring Lioness encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.
